Busylight for Microsoft Lync

Os dejo aqui un dispositivo que había visto en su momento, me parece muy útil para entornos 100% Lync. Nos ofrece las siguientes opciones:

Busylight UC™ for Microsoft Lync 2010 adds call alert and a presence indicator to your Lync solution.

1. Never miss a call on Lync

Feature: Busylight UC™ rings/flashes at incoming calls on Lync.

Why? Many computers have no speakers connected and if users are not wearing their headset they do not hear the ringing.

2. Kill the ringtones

Feature: Mute the ringtone and use silent flashes at incoming calls on Lync.

Why? To avoid noisy ringtones in open plan offices. And to be able to determine the call from a distance.

3. Avoid interruptions with “presence”

Feature: Busylight UC™ displays the current presence state in Lync with the colours dark red, red, green and yellow.

Why? To make colleagues in the office aware of the Lync presence states, especially “Busy” and “Do Not Disturb”.
